Overall Rating: The rise of Synchro Monster might make sense, but another card would be fine.
You can steal his opponent's Synchro Monster and search it with 《Red Dragon Archfiend10 》.
However, it is less versatile than 《Mind Control》.

As the name suggests, it takes control of S monsters only. Compared to Tuner's Scheme, which has a similar effect, it has a higher cost and is not permanent, but it is strong in later use and has a tricky movement due to its Quick-Play Spell. I think this is easier to handle as an S meta.
It was active in the S environment, but now various summoning methods such as X and Link have appeared, and the dependency on the opponent has become quite strong.
It's easier to meet the conditions where S monsters don't exist... There is also 《Crackdown》, which is a trap and has a limit, but has a free range.
Also, if you don't care about taking control, negate cards such as Veiler and Awakage would be fine.
It's easy to be influenced by the changing times, and I think it's tough on the side now.

A meta card for that summons that comes with when you're pushing a particular summons.
It's not the heyday of synchro, so it's not uncommon for my boyfriend's GY field to have no synchro, but it's also not uncommon for the opponent to have no synchro.
Although it has a high LP cost, the effect itself is brainwashing, so as a side card it may still be in the category of one chance.

Relatively loose activation conditions lead to fewer opponents to activate as it is...
Even Synchro Monsters that you see quite often can't steal Natubi led by EM, SR, and Clear Wing that you often see in other Synchro Decks.
Well, the target of the banned card Brainwashing Brain Control is a limited version of Synchro, so it's not weak, but it can't really show its power unless you're in an environment that really leans towards Synchro.

Synchro has been out of the environment for a long time, and it's a problem that there are too few situations where it can be used. If Synchro takes the environment, there may be a turn, but I can't see any signs of it.
