EX meta or solitaire meta. Fusion doesn't line up that far, so I'm aiming for Accel Synchro or rank 4 opponents.

Like 《Share the Pain》, 《Extinction on Schedule》, 《Apoqliphort Towers》and others, the text says "I must", so no matter how strong resistance you have (such as Ultimate Falcon), you can send GY.

The condition for that is that you need to be able to line up the same type of cards from the extras, but it is a restriction that can be achieved sufficiently for opponents who set up extra games.
A powerful Normal Trap that sinks the extra monsters lined up if you decide. You'll get caught up in it too, but on the contrary, it wouldn't be bad if the activation conditions were loosened if you deployed yourself.
