Comprehensive evaluation: Is it easy to use if the phantom dragon or Dragon of the extra deck is used as the GY cost?
When it comes to a mixed deck of Wyrm and Dragon, if it's 《Incredible Ecclesia, the Virtuous》, he can mix Wyrm's Swordsoul and Dragon by pairing with 《Fallen of Albaz》.
It would be fine if I used Swordsoul to synchro summon an extra Deck Dragon and put it in his GY.
Synchro summoning a Dragon via 《Denglong, First of the Yang Zing》and 《Tatsunoko》would be fine.
As for the effect, you can deploy a card with the same name, and Xyz Summon can be easily done from there.
However, if he's just developing level 4, Photon Thrasher, which doesn't require a GY cost, is enough.
You can't even use damage effects with Xyz Summons, so you should prepare a Tuner and aim for Synchro Summons or Link Summons.

You can recruit the same name, but it's not convenient because it asks for Dragon and Wyrm, which don't have a particularly mixed theme.
《Parallel eXceed》will take precedence if you are not particular about it, and the Burn effect is not compatible with Xyz due to that condition.
This is the same with this card, but I think the possibility of an accident is annoying because it is multiple stacks.

If it is sent to GY, it will cost 500 burns, but to be honest, it is plain. Also, since it comes from the field, it is not compatible with X, contrary to its name. If you don't do X, there are other useful cards.

Special Summon from Deck is good. However, excluding one Dragon monster and one Wyrm monster for that cost is too heavy. It's a card that tells you to Xyz Summon, and it's a mystery that it's 500 burns when sent from the field to GY.
