The original idea was to use the effect by excluding the four "Dragon Rulers" as shown in the illustration, but "Dragon Rulers" are prohibited and cannot be used.

A cost similar to Fuh-Rin-Ka-Zan is required, and this one comes out of his GY. Deck that can be handled with Friche and does not take targets The bounce and removal performance itself is high.

His Quick-Play Spell's Deck Bounce sounds like a pretty strong card, but the problem is the cost.
You can reduce the ad loss by excluding the four Dragon Rulers as shown in the illustration, but they are currently prohibited. Even so, 4 attributes are necessary for his GY, and I have to say that it is very heavy to exclude those that have been fertilized with great pains.
If it's all card bounces, I'm motivated to adopt it as a secret ingredient, but it's lonely with just one card.

Activation conditions and illustrations related to "Dragon Ruler". A Quick-Play Spell, Card-agnostic Deck Bounce is very powerful, but its activation requirements are not easy to meet and GY ad-wise it's tough. It might be possible to throw one in a deck that easily fulfills the activation conditions as a secret ingredient, but basically it's not a card worth the cost.

Make 4 elements into 1!
His free chain deck bounce is nice, but the cost is too high.
Simply thinking, 4 monsters are necessary, and their attributes are scattered.
