As already said, you can't protect yourself even if you reverse in battle, so you probably set the defense higher, but it's 2000, so you can't be overconfident.
Also, if it's out, it's easier to activate than this card, and the difference in combat resistance can be artificially obtained by turning it into a back defense with other cards, so it's a problem that it almost plays a role.
There is no loss in giving resistance itself, but there are fewer useful scenes than I imagined.

Grants destruction resistance when reversed. However, you don't really need resistance on your turn, and there's almost no situation other than Xyz where his Ghostrick is face-up on your opponent's turn. There are also outs, and there are almost no scenes where the effect is effective.

If you want to make good use of it, it would be best to use it together with Panic, which can be reversed at once, but you can also do something like an out, or you can do something about it in the back...
