You can only use this effect of "Constellar Tempest" once per Duel. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can target 1 "Constellar" Xyz Monster you control and 1 "Constellar" monster in your Graveyard; attach that monster from the Graveyard to that Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material.

LP is halved, but it takes a lot of time. The new rules will further increase the difficulty, and the current Seikuri does not have that much development power.
Also, Pleiades is a card that has a lot of significance in terms of keeping materials, so I don't want to activate it unless it's time to decide the match, so I'm somewhat picky about the situation.
Material replenishment is not as quick as when on standby, and even considering the performance of the Pleiades, it tends to take time to defend. Even though there are places where I have my hands full just to maintain the Pleiades...
If it is so difficult to handle, it is completely out of the adoption range.
Unlike X Saber, he discharged a new one, but I could taste the feelings of his Scrap people when Scrap Kong appeared.

Seikuri's spells tend to be put off for adoption, and there are many subtle things to begin with, but the ones from Ark Five are even worse, and it's outrageous.
A card that requires 2 Xyz and has a tight condition, strips off Xyz materials in the end phase, makes him defenseless in the opponent's turn, and halves his LP, and I don't know what to do anymore.
If the material replenishment effect itself is weak and the timing is late, there is really no salvation.
The illustrations don't look like Seiki, and I don't really understand what the situation is.

(1) He needs 2 Constellar X and consumes all X materials, so he can't keep the opponent in check.
(2)'s X material replenishment effect is too late for your standby phase

The effect of halving LP is powerful, but the activation of the end phase is slow. Beehive and Tremis are the only Constellar Xyz whose effects cannot be activated during the opponent's turn. Even so, reducing the number of Xyz materials to 0 is an idea. Xyz material replenishment is good in the sense that it recovers the materials used in the opponent's turn, but there are many situations where it is better for him to use Xyz Monster next time rather than focusing on material replenishment.
Addendum) Due to the new rule, it becomes difficult to line up two "Constellar" X monsters with X materials.

The LP half-life effect is heavy.
Material replenishment is slow with its own stand-by face.
A card whose effect is powerful but its limitations make it feel disappointing.

I don't hate this card...it's just too difficult to use and I don't have space to put it in... I don't want it to start up too late, just follow his Umbral with a similar LP halving.
Well, the effect is easy to activate, and if his LP was halved, he might have been treated as broken as Michion.

In the anime, he doesn't have to be Constellar, right? It was the card that said It was strengthened for ocg, but after all it is Korejanai.
Cutting half your LP is fine, but the timing is terrible. Not only does it make no sense to crush the excellent Constellar effect and not finish it off. The material replenishment effect is still better, but the timing is still slow. I'm afraid of being broken, so I can't use it.
It's out of focus no matter what. A disappointing result for Constellar.

Unfortunately it's too hard to use.
In addition, since it can only be used once during a duel, the number of cards that can be used is two at the most.
What I wanted wasn't the effect of halving his opponent's LP...

At the time of the anime, it was said that he was a different Korejanai, but compared to the other two...
It's not impossible for Constellar to have two Xyz side by side, but does he want to halve the LP at the cost of losing the material?
Just by lining up the Pleiades, you should be able to see death normally, so I can't deny the feeling that I'm making a mistake in the way I kill, let alone overkill.
Xyz Material Replenishment has excellent compatibility with Pleiades, Tremys, and Omega, but it is slow with your Standby Phase anyway.
There are elements that shine, but they seem to be misaligned.

With two Constellar's Xyz dominant, half of his LP doesn't have much flavor in the first place.
If you don't use this effect, you will be able to fight advantageously in many cases.
The effect of the second Xyz Material Supply isn't bad, but it's slow to activate during your own Standby Phase, and there are many things that should be prioritized over supply, so it can't be said to be that strong.
It's a card with a strong sense of disappointment, even though it's a new support.

Constellar is against X-Saber, who has the ability to prevent one-kill and emergency orders, and Gem-Knight, who has an overwhelming advantage.
As for (1), he often arranges X monsters, so it's easy to fill in Constellar, but at the end of his life, he uses the material of his excellent Constellar X monsters such as Pleiades, and he doesn't pay for half LP. ・・・
Moreover, if he only cuts half of his LP, he can easily cut more than 4000 just by attacking directly with Pleiades + α, so there is not much reason to do it.
It's nice to be able to replenish Pleiades materials and add pressure to (2), but if you don't have time to replenish materials with Constellar, it's still better to set up a Xyz Reborn or a second one.
The LP half was certainly strong and should have been nerfed, but how did this happen?

I don't like Seikuri, so I'm going to lower the rating further (*^^*)
Thank you for your hard work on industrial waste (^o^ゞ

Among the SPRG cards, the inclusion rate is by far the highest, and it seems that if you buy one pack, this card will always be included.

Half the LP that Constellar doesn't need at all, material replenishment timing too late, illustrations that seem to ignore the settings
Exactly industrial waste
