Constellar is against X-Saber, who has the ability to prevent one-kill and emergency orders, and Gem-Knight, who has an overwhelming advantage.
As for (1), he often arranges X monsters, so it's easy to fill in Constellar, but at the end of his life, he uses the material of his excellent Constellar X monsters such as Pleiades, and he doesn't pay for half LP. ・・・
Moreover, if he only cuts half of his LP, he can easily cut more than 4000 just by attacking directly with Pleiades + α, so there is not much reason to do it.
It's nice to be able to replenish Pleiades materials and add pressure to (2), but if you don't have time to replenish materials with Constellar, it's still better to set up a Xyz Reborn or a second one.
The LP half was certainly strong and should have been nerfed, but how did this happen?
