With the same conditions, he is slightly inferior to Valafar in terms of hitting points, but this is a summoning trigger, and he is the top-class Koa'ki Meiru that can be removed, including valuable rear guards in Koa'ki Meiru.
Koa'ki Meiru doesn't Special Summon monsters from GY very often, so it's safe to banish the monsters released for this card.
Since the work is finished as soon as it is put out, it is inferior to them in that respect, but the work that they do in the field is not a big deal, so that is within the margin of error.
