If this was a system monster that intervened in the rules with some kind of permanent effect or residual effect, such as a monster that prevented further development from the EX Deck, it would be a shame to think that it might still be in use today.
It would have been nice to have an effect like 《Nibiru, the Primal Being》that requires special care, even if the count is a little higher.
