What I'm doing is processing the effect when "Gozen Match" is activated.
In other words, the meta element of the suppression effect after that is completely missing.
The fact that it can only be activated when all monsters are face-up is completely different from just not interfering with Gozen Match. Since it can not be done, it can be regarded as almost almost deterioration.
It's strength is that you can ignore the Cyclone type of sweeper that the opponent chooses, but it's a little subtle that it doesn't have a permanent effect.

Compared to "Gozen Match", it only applies for a moment, so it's difficult to determine when to activate it.

As it has already been said, the only part that beats 《Gozen Match》is that it doesn't get Chain Pike. Moreover, unlike "Gozen Match", it can be deployed freely after activation, so misjudged the activation timing would be disastrous.
