Furthermore, the activation turn battle cannot be performed. In the case of the Beatdown Deck, you can draw and attack after 2 turns, which is fatally slow.
To be honest, the restrictions are too tight, so I choose quite a few decks that I can use, and there are cards that allow 2 draws with easier conditions, so unless there is a bad matchup, it is better to prioritize them.
