There is no harm in putting it in, so you should put in a normal strong general-purpose rank 4 Xyz or general-purpose synchro.
You can also use 《Photon Veil》, you can call 《Ra's Disciple》from the Deck, and you can return 《Ra's Disciple》that you duplicated in your hand to the Deck, so it might be relatively easy to use.
