Requires undead in the field, but Monarch country activation in free chain → Vampire from Deck is strong no matter how you think about it...
Monarch country has RBI up and GY Fertilizer & Removal which is scary as a surprise attack, so it's not easy to get an ad just by chaining to 《Foolish Burial》.
Although it is not a stable activation condition, it is a trap that can be searched by a sorcerer, so its performance as a deployment card is quite good.
