For the time being, it will be necessary to use it in combination with the total removal. For the time being, the combination of Deburi & Buraro can satisfy both the conditions and the collection target.
However, in spite of the fact that it takes a lot of time and effort to operate it, I thought it would be worth it if it was limited to just one card.
As is often said, "Monster Reincarnation" is overwhelmingly easier to use.
The impression is that it's just a story card that puts a lot of effort into the illustration.

You can easily expect a high score with illustrations alone, but the content of the simple text that comes out is the word "industrial waste".
Despite the activation conditions being something that can only be achieved on the first turn of the attack, the reward is an endlessly incompatible combination of salvage.
Moreover, this salvage is only one, and if it is WATER, there are two 《Salvage》at no cost, and there is also 《Monster Reincarnation》, even though it has a hand cost.
To be honest, it's a product at a level that makes it easy for a designer to say, "I've made it so that you can use it as a reversal card for a fictitious duel."
At the very least, no one would have complained even if the ties were a little looser...

The recovery effect itself is powerful, but the big problem is the severity of the activation conditions. Even if your own field is empty, it is quite difficult if the opponent's field is empty. It would be more realistic to put "salvage" for WATER, and "Monster Reincarnation" for WIND.

Effectively he's Gishki's historically post-Sopia card.
Even if it's water or wind recovery, water already has plenty of support, and it's a tough condition that it has to burn the opponent's field. As a support for Gishki and Gusto in the illustration, Gishki can barely be used to collect Vision and Shadow in advance, but Gusto keeps monsters in the basic field, so it's a delicate support card. Just the illustrations and feeling are perfect.
