Comprehensive evaluation: Considering the reuse of Field Spell and Continuous Spell, there are few good compatibility.
If you use it normally, it will reduce the release with A Legendary Ocean , and you will need WATER's release monster and draw card, so it is a long way to reuse.
As an effective way to use it, 《Electric Jellyfish》puts 《A Legendary Ocean》into GY, Special Summon this card, release that card and put 《A Legendary Ocean》on top of the Deck.
It requires a draw card, which is also inefficient.
There are several Continuous Spells worth collecting, such as 《Dive Sea Surprise II》.

First of all, this guy himself has a deployment effect and is advanced, and it is quite heavy because it requires release.
In spite of that, it's not an effect that can earn an ad with the act of returning it to his deck.
There are some cards like Atlantis that have good compatibility, and they seem to have combo potential, but if it's so difficult to use, I don't think it'll be practical.

Even Duel Links is too weak to be adopted as a Shinryu (laughs). It's a card that can't be talked about without A Legendary Ocean, but the effect is his Continuous Spell, Field Spell salvage in his WATER monster release. It would have been better if this was still in my hand, but the disadvantage effect was that he would return to the top of the deck.

Effects that salvage Continuous Spells and Field Spells are quite rare, but honestly, I wanted this effect to be at least low-level. It's not cheap, and it's fixed at the top of the Deck, so it's a card that's more difficult to use than its attractive effect.

I thought it was a card to collect Atlantis, but it is a contradiction that Atlantis is required to issue this card.
It's a card with a story like 《An Owl of Luck》.
Requires Release to trigger the effect, and even though it did, it just puts it on top of his Deck instead of collecting it in his hand.
ATK is also only 2100, which is not very good overall.
