A slightly special chain card. A dynamic counter that counters all effects on the chain block at that point.
As expected, there aren't many opponents who will build a chain of 4 or more on their own, so it is mainly used as an additional counter to counter yourself. However, in the end, it doesn't make much sense because the effect you should protect is also a counter. Or rather, if you pay the same LP cost, there is of course Solemn Judgment, and in the first place, Counter Trap can interfere in the form of not chaining because you can't stack anything other than counters.
Although the conditions are stricter, it is also worrisome that it is completely defeated by Tachyon Transmigration in terms of performance.
So, as a unique use for this card, I'd like to think about using it as a counter to bring in additional from the side as a counter to the opponent who piles up a lot of chains on their own.
In the Heisei era, such a thing could have been dismissed as impossible, but in the Reiwa era, Yu-Gi-Oh is a little different. 《Labrynth》, 《Flowandereeze》, 《Melffy》, 《Tearlaments》, and so on will casually pile up chains, so you can babel crash them all at once.
Counter Trap, which is mostly an optional effect at the time, can counter effects buried in simultaneous triggers, which is a clear strength.
However, when the inside of the hand is exposed, the activation becomes hopeless, so it is a one-shot silver bullet.

Comprehensive evaluation: Although it depends on the opponent, there is a possibility that it can be used.
If you used a hand trigger for your opponent's action and then used 《Called by the Grave》for it, you should normally negate it with his Counter Trap.
This is null if the opponent actively puts up to 3 chains.
It is also possible to negate 3 cards by aiming at the chained place by the trigger effect at Special Summon and his GY effect of the monster used as the material of his Special Summon.
However, there are many such situations.
It is very subtle to say whether to divide the frame for the situation where there are not many.

If you get hooked well, you can earn a lot of ads, but it's hard to get up to chain 4 with only your opponent, and on the other hand, if you involve yourself, the consumption will be rough.
It seems to have potential, but it's a difficult card to handle.

One of the "chain related" cards included in "CYBERDARK IMPACT". In recent years, card effects have been used a lot, so even though it's becoming more and more common to form chains of 4 or more, it's still tough. If you successfully form a chain 4 with only the other party, it is possible to completely stop it and create a big advantage, but the reality is that it doesn't work out that way.
There is a similar card, 《Tachyon Transmigration》, but that one is much easier to use. "It's so strong."

A rare Counter Trap that negates all cards on the same chain.
It is a well-known fact that when trigger effects are normally activated at the same time, by forming a chain in any order, the cards that are chained to chain 1 will not be countered by interference cards that need to be directly chained, such as God Trap. However, there aren't many cards that can negate cards that have been counter-avoided like that, except for permanent cards.

It is powerful to negate the activation of all cards on the chain and destroy them, but chain 2 is aside, chain 3 is rarely formed. Inevitably, it is often not possible to activate unless you add Cyclone etc. to inflate the chain. Moreover, if you can hit it at no cost, it's okay, but his LP half, which is the same as Shinsen, is really painful.

It negates all the cards on the chain for the same cost as Shinsen, but the condition of chain 4 or later is quite strict, and it is not uncommon for the number of chains to be insufficient unless you involve your own cards.
However, recently, there are more and more gimmicks that stack a large amount of chains in one action and recover the advantage, so there may be more chances to be put on the side as a meta for that.
It's a little disappointing that it's out of print even though it seems like it's going to have more opportunities to play an active role.

Since it can only be activated after chain 4, if you try to activate it actively, you will inevitably have to involve your own cards in many cases. Moreover, it negates its own card as well, so it's certainly a bit inefficient. Although it's true that Chain Burn and other decks will stick in his deck, I think it's a little too pinpointed in the meta.

The ultimate anti-chain weapon.
Chain 4 is very difficult unless it is dedicated, so you will rarely see it. However, negate everything, as the name suggests, calls emptiness.
This card is a lump of romance, but I would like to use it once.

Solemn Judgment》can be activated after Chain 4, but negates the entire chain, not just the one immediately before.
Due to its nature, if you hit the chain burn, the other side will seriously teary eyes. An opponent who has stopped all cards and lost both rotation and firepower will no longer be at the level of fighting spirit.
However, against his normal deck opponents, it would be absurd to put a trigger condition on the card to stop the Must Counter. It's a card that loses a lot of money if you use it actively, and you have to wait for your opponent to stack up the chain. I doubt if there is such a deck of him other than Chainburn.
It's atrocious as a meta, but otherwise it's difficult to activate. I will wake up when I need to, but in the meantime please rest in peace.

Unlike Shinsen, all the cards on the chain are negate and blown away.
It's rare for chains to pile up that much in a normal duel, so it's not a friendly environment to use as a substitute for Shinsen.
Recently, I've been thinking that it's a local meta, because you can erase all the things that activate when the Atlantean Mermail's Megalo Abyss succeeds in his Special Summon, but...

It's not uncommon for a card's rating to change depending on the environment. The number of opponents that can be used with Shaddoll, Qliphort, etc., which actively activate multiple effects from one start, is increasing, and it can be said that it is a sufficient environment to emerge as a specific meta. As expected, it is rare for the opponent to form a 3-chain, so it seems that there are still few opportunities for him to be active. Depending on the future development of his Pendulum, the number of people who stab it on the side may increase.

Can it be used for Artifact countermeasures?
I wonder if it's a prey to the movement when it's set...
