It's a demon effect because it doesn't allow you to use the effect that activates in your hand or his GY, but since it's a Normal Spell, you can only block the effects of your opponent's monsters during your turn.
Regardless of whether Naturia is a deck that runs over the opponent with a gorigori first attack or a second attack, it's not so, so I don't really appreciate it.
Even so, at least one Naturia must be put into play & it seems difficult to get out of the area of a direct draw required upside card that does not have a Naturia name.

However, since it's a Normal Spell, it can't be used on the opponent's turn, and if anything, it's fatal to his Naturia, who has a lot of perm-like and slow themes. At least I want to say that it was a trap.
Currently, aerial battles centered on hand triggers are rampant, so if you want to stop anything other than increased G, it might be a candidate. (A bubble shadow only for such a time)

Why Normal Spell? It's been said a lot, but if it was a Quick-Play Spell, it would have been very useful in Naturia. It has the advantage of preventing hand triggers such as Honest and Veiler, but it's probably not worth using for that reason.

In the current environment, the monster effect negate is highly rated, but the Holy Grail of the free chain, Counter Trap's divine punishment, has a greater advantage.
Still, Bamboo Shoot's weak point is its monster effect, so if you want to beat a bamboo shoot, it's not that bad.
