Playing

Using the powerful draw engine, 《Royal Magical Library》, a wealth of spell cards centered on draw sources, you can accumulate magical power counters and draw repeatedly while deploying P monsters, and finally putting a large amount of magical power counters on the cards on the field. It is a deck that burns out in the first turn with 《Tempest Magician》.
The missions that this Deck should accomplish are:
1. Play 《Royal Magical Library》on the field. (If you can't get it out, it will be difficult to turn it all the way around.)
2. Search for "Dracoslayer Raster P" with "Magical Abductor", destroy "Magical Abductor" with "Dracoslayer Raster P", search for the next "Magical Abductor", deploy with P summons and accumulate magic counters on the field. make.
3. Play Naturia Cosmobeet on the field with the effect of Double Summon or resurrection from his GY drop by Foolish Burial. (Actually, he can be any Naturia level 2 tuner, not just Naturia Cosmobeet.)
4. 《Landoise's Luminous Moss》activates.
5. Synchro summon Tempest Magician. If you have 16 or more magic counters (+ 《Upstart Goblin》activation count x 2), you win.

Regarding cards that are not involved in the above combo,
《Magical Exemplar》: Magic counter storage role. There is also a 1st turn kill procedure starting from this card, but the stability is greatly inferior.
《Magical Stone Excavation》: This card is mainly for reusing 《Golden Bamboo Sword》. Dropping Cursed Bamboo Sword into his GY would be ideal. If you have a reanimation card in hand, you may want to cost Naturia's Tuner.
《Magical Mallet》: I use it because it gets stuck.
《Instant Fusion》: 《Kamionwizard》For fusion summoning. Used as a material for 《Lavalval Chain》.

Weakness

Since it is a combo deck, it will not turn unless the combo parts are aligned. Card accidents often happen.
The success rate is about 50% if you attack first and there is no interference from the opponent.
Also, it would be quite painful if 《Effect Veiler》or 《Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit》neutralized the early combo cards, or if it was discovered that it was a Burn Deck and 《Hanewata》was activated first.
