It acts as a substitute for Xyz's enhancement and material, but the 200 multiplier is not explosive even considering the RBI of Rank 4, so it is plain as a simple enhancement card. Of course, if you use it as a material, it's also a problem that the enhancement disappears.
Therefore, I want to focus on the part that can be used as a substitute for materials, and it is useful as a card that can be used in Decks that are often Special Summoned from EX as it is, such as resurrection.
It's an Equip Spell, so it's convenient to have all sorts of support.
It's not an overtly strong card, so I have the impression that it's just a candidate when there's enough space in the Deck.

You can also reinforce materials while replenishing, but maybe it's because of the effect of speeding up, the basic X monsters don't need replenishing materials. It's not even possible to do it by using one deck slot and one consumption.
If it's just a buff, there are some that are more explosive, and in the current age of removal, it's difficult to maintain, and if you use it immediately, the buff tends to be useless.
It only works on things that are removed by effects, so choose something that works well.
I have the impression that it has half-baked and subtle performance.
