His deck that deals with this level range has a lot of his GY use such as fishing, so the removal of exclusion works particularly well.
Still, as already said, the narrowness of this correspondence range is a bottleneck.
It's a level range that is easy to be used as a material immediately, so it's difficult to aim for a large number of removals depending on the situation.
It's for the basic side, but I think it's a card with a strong habit.

The difference from the similar card Torrent Funeral is that it is easy to activate when you have already deployed, but the narrow range of effect is still a bit of a bottleneck.
If you think that you can remove the low level and tokens that are the initial move against Links that do not have levels, I feel that it can be used fairly well, but if that's the case, it's better to exhaust the opponent by blowing the entire Link with Torrent Funeral. I don't care.
The fact that most of the excluded themes are level 3 or higher also highlights the poor usability.
