Isn't it Windy? If Ninja of Light and Darkness comes out, will it become Lightning or Ai? I don't think the latter.
Contrary to flame, it can lower its level by hitting points for recruiters, and can be treated as a level 3 or 4 monster by itself.
However, as it has already been said, there are few situations where it can be used effectively compared to Flame. Because of the existence of the art of change, the level descent itself is not compatible with Ninja.
It's easy to slip through the lock card due to its low hit points and effect, but the current environment lock card itself is an endangered species. I feel that the priority will drop in armored Ninja.

"Ninja" has the effect of lowering the level, but there are not many [Ninja] cards that can benefit from it. There is an advantage to be able to make a rank 4 side by side with "Earth" which has a special summon effect, but that's about it. WIND "Ninja" isn't just this card, so even if you take into account the cost of 《Dark Simorgh》, there are many options.

This one is used to target Earth and Rank 4 Xyz.
However, unlike Flame, it hurts that there is not a single use other than a combo.
Bladeheart is the only reason I prioritize Rank 4 over Rank 5 with powerful cards.
It's a different card than Flame, but the difference is bigger than you can imagine.
