The effect itself is not bad. Although it is an activation effect, it has no name, turn 1, and no cost, so it is an honest person.
At the time this card was released, it was at a level where I was seriously thinking about adopting this card, considering the back removal ability of [Warrior].
It's hard to say if this card can be used in the current environment, but it's a valuable position considering his low status, valuable WIND warrior, and high-level monster.
Like the 《Achacha》card, it's good that it appeared in the anime and turned into a card, but it's a sad card that didn't develop from there.

Tribute Summon is a deterioration of Moebius, so I'd like to think of a Special Summon that takes advantage of its low stats, but at best it can be done with Lyra and Breaker.
If you summon Rampage, you can use Gauntlet Shooter to destroy 3 back cards and remove 2 cards, but if you draw it by itself, it's almost a punishment game.
If I had to force myself to use it, I would probably recruit from 《Chaos-End Master》, destroy one back card, connect it to Sakugin, and then destroy another one.

How powerful it is to be able to destroy Spell/Trap cards every turn! ... unless it's advanced. Despite being advanced, it has a poor status and is basically disposable. In that case, 《Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress》would be fine. Even with Pendulum Summon, there are 《Traptrix Myrmeleo》and so on.
