Overall Rating: Useful in slow, control-oriented decks.
It's null to use it as a two-card draw after 2 turns.
It would be bad if it was destroyed before then, and since you would have one less card in your hand, it might be better to put in another useful card.
You can aim for multiple negates on the board, but you can use it effectively with a meta beat that has a slightly poor hit point or a medium-speed control deck.

2 draws are delicious, but the 3 turn time lag is a bottleneck for this card. Also, once activated, it remains in the field, making it difficult to maintain, and I think it falls into the category of a difficult draw source to use.

2 draws with no particular disadvantages are attractive, but due to the effects of speeding up and inflation, such a long-lasting effect is quite difficult to play.
There is also a similar card called "Ledger of Legerdemain", which is even slower than this one in getting ads, but the ones you get are more reliable than this one.
With a Deck that uses this card, the difference in slowness isn't too noticeable.
It's going to be differentiated in terms of permanence, and as already said, it's not possible to protect the favorite face down by using Hamon's cost or this card as a decoy.
However, as mentioned above, inflation in speed and removal means is probably more of a threat than you can imagine.
For a while, Magical Cave allowed me to use slow-acting cards like this, but 《Wave-Motion Cannon》was a card that led me to victory... If you're wondering if this late and uncertain 2 draw is worth it...
