His Wind-Up Warrior with a built-in Petit Light Wing Shield.
There is no level change like in Soldier and Warrior, and it is solid in lower beats, but the current development & deployment is a mismatch in the mainstream.
This would have been an even tougher card if it was a low-class Warrior of no category.

Tiny Hope. The offensive negate is not bad and there is enough firepower on the line as an attacker. In addition, they are given preferential treatment because they are warriors of light.

With a high RBI, it can be used as a Wind-Up attacker.
The attack negate effect suppresses the opponent's willingness to attack, although you can't actively target the manufacture's search.

A monster with a decent amount of ATK and a pretty useful defensive ability.
Possesses a rare stance among Wind-Ups.
I don't like the fact that it can't be activated actively, but the effect of suppressing the opponent is still easy to use.

It's not an effect that can be actively used like his other Wind-Ups, but I think it's a loss if there is an attack negate.
There are so many RBIs, so maybe it's a good idea to keep it as a wall before Wind-Up and others develop?
I don't want to hit you if you leave the manufacturer behind.
