Sin seems to be strong, but it is exquisitely weak. If you want 4000 hit points, Sin Cyber end is fine, and because of the poor handling of Rainbow Dragon itself, it is difficult to use him as a designated Golden Chest like Blue-Eyed and Red-Eyes.
If you really don't want to eat up the EX frame, or if you're running 《Rainbow Neos》, use it.

Malefic the Rainbow Dragon
As usual, the original card is required as a summoning cost, but unlike his Blue-Eyed and Red Eyes, this one is from the hand/deck, so it's still better than the former two. However, since Malefic Science, who has the same level and ATK as us, demands an EX Deck that is unrelated to accidents, it is important to differentiate him with just a simple RBI.
Like Blue-Eyed, this one supports melody, so you can search and summon while discarding Truth and Paradox Gear.

There is no reason why 4000 RBIs that come out of fairly light conditions is weak ... but.
Compared to other Sin's costs, Rainbow Dragon's cost is less useful and heavy, and the cost is not necessary to be loaded on the main deck.

Since he is no longer the Ultimate Gem God, he cannot become Rainbow Neos.
It's good that you can remove the Rainbow Dragon that comes into your hand, but if that's all you have, there's a sin Cyber end that hits the same and doesn't cause an accident in the first place.
This is both Awakening Melody compatible and can be considered in a Crystal Beast or Rainbow Neos Deck rather than a pure sin Deck.
