Comprehensive evaluation: 《Quick Booster》is enough.
This one isn't affected by Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, but it's not a big difference.
It's even worse because the set card can be targeted immediately.

《Quick Booster》is a card with a similar effect, but it can be activated by removing an Effect Monster, and since it is added to the hand, it has the advantage of being strong against further removal from the opponent.
Looking at it, I have to say that the performance of this card is very unsatisfactory.

Even if it's only for the opponent's effect, you can bring one card after making them wastefully use something like Psych.
That's delicious.
If you have a lot of Quick-Play Spells, you may want to include them.

The effect itself is quite good, but it is very painful that it does not correspond to the destruction of the effect of Effect Monster and that it is only the opponent's effect. Also, since it only sets, there is a possibility that it will be removed before it can be activated. Basically, it is often inferior to the later "Quick Booster".

The trigger is not bad and the search destination is also strong as Quick-Play Spell, but set = down turn cannot be activated,

Quick-Play Spell has a lot of good cards, but few search options.
However, despite the subtle difference between set and search, a nearly upward compatible version of Quick Booster has appeared that can deal with the destruction of Effect Monsters and has an activation effect.
Effect Monster removal is so rampant these days that this card is useless because it can't handle it. Even 《Quick Booster》is rarely seen...
