In the past, it was difficult to recruit, but now there are more excellent monsters such as "Black Metal Dragon" and "Omni Dragon Brotaur", so the position of this card has risen relatively.
If it's strange, you can accumulate Dragonic Counters at once by summoning "Poki Draco" with "Chain Summoning".
I'm also happy to see that Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos, which searches for this card, is back.

It's hard to maintain this card that doesn't have high stats because it's triggered by Normal Summon. And even if it were to be used, it would be quicker to bring a low-level dragon with a masked dragon.

Even though Jurassic Egg has already appeared, this kind of card is very difficult to use because it is harder to earn counters than Jurassic Egg.
After all, the counter can only be placed on Normal Summon, which can only be done once per turn. 《Ultimate Offering》, which can Normal Summon any number of times in one turn, is prohibited.
Special Summoning a level 1 or 2 monster is all you can do. On the other hand, level 1 or 2 is within the practical range, so it can be used as a low-level recruiter.
