His Flamvell is a rare type that can only be summoned when. In addition, unlike God, it is not described as "Normal Summon", so an advanced set is possible.
As for the effect, his GY's DEF 200 monster is used as a cost to burn his ATK. It's a bit tough to adopt at Flamvell.
However, like Paun, this card is not bound by FIRE, so all you need is 200 DEF, and moreover, he can send bullets to GY, so you can replenish ammunition from the EX Deck.
Also, there is currently Sunburn, which is one step below the highest damage, so if you want to combine it with FIRE, that should be your priority.
It's a type of card that shines in specialized builds because it's inflexible because it uses summon power to play, but I think it also has a corresponding explosive power.
