You can put A counters on it or weaken it, but its deployment ability is only release reduction, and it pales in comparison to Alien Overlord and Cosmic Fortress Gol'gar.
Even with Reptile support, it's still better to have another Alien help out.
In terms of corresponding to 《W Nebula Meteorite》, if you use it with LIGHT's Alien, it's like kana.

A pure Alien with no deployment power is really hard to put out, and a monster that will forever be a burden in your hand.
If I had to pick a strong point, it would be that with the hypnosis axis Alien, you can convert the monster you stole into this guy without returning it, but frankly I don't have time for that in a real battle.

An Alien monster that isn't an Alien, even if you put in 《Brainwashing Beam》or 《Crackdown》.
If there was an Alien name, it would have been possible to give one more point as the only top-level Alien, but even so, the RBI and role are almost the same as Revenger, and the card feels like Revenger with self-SS effect is enough.
Still, I would like to evaluate the point that it is stable as a counter earner.

As already said, there is almost no standing position at "Alien Overlord". Not only does it not have an Alien name, but the expected value of the number of A counters on it is also low. It is unique to this that it supports 《W Nebula Meteorite》, but compared to Worm, the reason for adopting 《W Nebula Meteorite》in Alien is subtle.

All the cards in Alien 1 are too modest. So does this card.
Even though it has the disadvantage of not having an Alien name, summoning reduction alone is too weak. With only one A-counter per turn, it's basically an inferior version of Revenger.
Since its offense and defense are high, it shows its true value when there is no A counter.
However, if it is overwhelmingly difficult to put it on the field compared to Revenger, it is too weak as an advantage here. Now I can use my own Special Summon to counter all of my opponent's monsters every turn...

It has the effect of reducing release, but the conditions are quite heavy, and the range of the A counter effect is narrower than 《Alien Overlord》, so in terms of ease of use, it is better. On top of that, you can't benefit from the weakening effect yourself, so honestly there's no reason to give priority to the original RBI height or the difference in attributes.
