In the original Kingdom arc, his Normal Monster of WIND's Senior Dragon used by Pegasus.
In a duel with Kaiba, he was brought into play in the midst of a duel with a candid attitude before releasing Toon World. It was a monster that I liked relatively, showing a comical expression.
Along with Alligator and Rabbit in True DM2, he is also one of the few monsters that adapts to Toon terrain.

Comprehensive evaluation: 《Armed Dragon LV5》is good.
He can be recruited with Artillery Catapult Turtle, but he loses to Armed Dragons in ATK.
In terms of Normal Monsters, 《Curse of Dragon》also exists.

A vanilla monster used by Pegasus, as you can tell from its appearance and flavor text. Dragon WIND has a lot of support, but if you go out of your way to add advanced vanilla, you need to differentiate it from Card of Dragon, which has more support.
Compared to other early vanillas, the support is decent, but there are still many rivals, so I think this card lacks an appealing point.

Definitely a cute looking date. However, the presence of Curse of Dragon, which has more support, is a thorn in the side even if it is used in the Hour.

WIND Dragon's advanced Normal Monster.
A card that has the same level, race, and ATK as Curse of Dragon, and is determined by the difference in attributes.
Nonetheless, it is undeniable that the Curse of Dragon, which incorporates the Chaos Dragon gimmick into the sacred time, is easier to handle.

For his level 5 Dragon Vanilla, it's the highest RBI along with "Curse of Dragon". If you're aiming for rank 5 in "Holy Hour", it's not impossible to hire him. However, there is a huge difference in terms of attributes and support.
