Synchron and low-status mechanical tuner, so support is plentiful.
If it becomes an S material, the range is somewhat limited, but you can expand your hand and lead to further expansion. He who uses this card shouldn't be a problem if it's a deck.
However, if it does not become a material, it will not work, so the issue will be how to compensate for the part that does not have self-development ability.
It is one that can be expected to improve the deployment power if handled well, and I feel that it is not in a position among tuners that can be used as a quick substitute.

His Synchron for 《Machine Duplication》and his ability to Special Summon Level 2 or lower cards from his hand when used as an S material will be useful for continuous synchros.

What makes this card different from other 《Machine Duplication》compatible tuners is that this card's own effect helps Synchro Rush.
However, the level of cards that can be summoned is low, and since it is limited from the hand, a large hand is required to make use of the effect.
It's a pity that level 6 is required to produce 《Chevalier de Fleur》with one material.
