Comprehensive evaluation:《Call of the Haunted》or《Back to the Front》sufficient.
There are many trap cards that can be revived, and most of the trap cards that revive monsters that have been destroyed in battle have no self-destruction disadvantage, such as 《Time Machine》.
Even if it is a combo with the effect when it is destroyed, he has many things such as Metalfoes that can be actively destroyed.

I'm going to give it a low rating just because of the conditions. It's arbitrary at the time.
Leaving aside the "Back to the Front" that appeared later, as already said, it's no laughing that it's anything less than the time machine that appeared many years ago. There is also a combo that uses self-destruction as an advantage, but it is difficult because it is too unstable at the time of the above conditions.
I wonder if it's a card that goes beyond Regret (sorry) and is an industrial waste.

One of those occasional cards that appear later but are like a complete deterioration of an existing card.
The effect is a time machine with self-destruction, and although its destruction attracted attention and was included in Fire King Strak, now it's just a matter of shoving Ganesha into that frame.
If you just want to revive defensively, in the current situation where you have Back to the Front, it would be difficult to fight with just a revive card that can self-destruct.

It was too ambiguous to release nearly backward compatibility of Time Machine, which was released nearly 10 years ago. If the time machine is at the regulatory level, there is no such reason.

Effectively backward compatible with Time Machine.
If you take destruction as an advantage, you can do something unique to this card, but it's hard to handle, so let's give priority to other cards.
The Living Dead can also destroy monsters by chaining them to face-down removal, so even if you're considering a destruction combo, I think you should use the Living Dead.

Even if you aim for a destruction trigger combo, if you have ATK 1000 or less, you have 《Limit Reverse》, so it's a pretty tough position. The compatibility with Fire King is good, but after all the usability is subtle. Compared to around Generation Shift or Circle of the Fire Kings for free chains...

Oh, oh...regret...just regret... In an era where you can stack 3 Living Dead decks, this kind of resurrection card looks weak overall. If you really want to use it, you want to combine it with a monster that activates its effect when destroyed.

I feel like it's a time machine.
It might be nice to take advantage of destruction, but...

Time machine "..."
Since it will be destroyed at the end, basically the time machine will be enough.
When adopting it, I would like to pay attention to the point that it will be destroyed.
Fire King is a good match because you can avoid the weak point of battle destruction.
But if you use this card, I think it's better to load Mirafo...

Time Machine is enough for this effect. If you use it, let's make good use of being destroyed.
When this card first came out, it was difficult to get a time machine, so I was able to use it as a substitute.
It was reprinted after about 3 months...

Tsu "Time Machine"
There is nothing you can do unless you take advantage of the fact that you only have one turn.
Or rather, I put out too many cards of this type.
I was able to use it as a valuable resurrection card in the Fire King Strak limited tournament, but...

It is inferior to 《Time Machine》and 《Miracle's Wake》in that it self-destructs during the end phase.
It's different if you combine it with a card that benefits from being destroyed, but since there's no room to use it for Release or Synchro materials, it's a big deal.
