Overall evaluation: I want to take advantage of Counter Trap.
There are many removal methods other than destruction, and the hand cost is also required, so I get the impression that it is a little difficult to use.
If you want to cancel the hand cost with 《Guiding Ariadne》or take advantage of the searchability, Al.
It can't prevent removal to Spell/Trap cards, and it's possible to operate similarly around 《Stardust Dragon》, but is it an advantage to be able to compete with Counter Trap?

The third "jammer" Counter Trap card that is often forgotten.
Instead of only responding to effects that destroy monsters on the field, it is characterized by capturing the activation of all three types of cards.
The fact that it can be activated by destroying a single card is an advantage against 《The Huge Revolution is Over》etc. Especially when a monster already on the field activates its effect, it can be used against "negate and destroy" cards such as warnings and notifications that are activated by the opponent. You can't miss the point that you can also counter.
However, it has a hand cost and doesn't respond to removal to Spell Trap, so it can be almost flawless depending on the opponent.
I don't think it's a bad card, but apart from being a Counter Trap that is hard to counter from above, I have to say that it doesn't have many advantages over similar effects.

Counter Trap is a natural enemy of black holes.

Compared to myself, it has the advantage of being 3 spells, but because it's a trap, it tends to be a little too late, and I still feel that the hand cost is heavier than LP.
The current environment itself has a lot of removal other than destruction, so it is not reliable as a defense card. Priority as a defense card in a general Deck would be impossible.
A permy deck centered around Ariadne might be a good candidate.
