Overall Rating: It's often more useful to have other of his Arcana Forces copy the effects on the table.
The table doubles his ATK, and it is possible to make it 4800 points with a combo with 《Unstable Evolution》.
There is no particular problem if you combo with Bad Reaction to Simochi on the back side, counteract the LP difference with a card that can be used as his ATK, or use it as a material before using a spell card.
Even so, if he doubles his ATK with a coin toss, Goddess of Whim is also possible, so it's tough to use alone.
Using 《Arcana Call》to make 2 of his Arcana Force EX copies and make it ATK 8000 is a good idea.
By the way, every time he uses his spell card, his ATK is overwritten with double the original, so strengthening with multiple spell cards is meaningless.

It has little merit or demerit on its own, but when combined with Karoshi-san Yoroshiku Unstable Evolution, it hits 4800 points.
If you let the world or ruler copy it with "Arcana Call", you can hit quite a few points.

Magician Arcana.
Is the effect on the front a pseudo 《Nitro Warrior》? Equipping 《Unstable Evolution》and activating it gives 4800 RBI, but 《Speed Warrior》has a gentler trigger and is easier to use. Still, it is one of the best RBIs in the lower class Arcana Force.
The downside is 《Spell Absorption》to the opponent. Disadvantages are thin, so there is no fear, but there is not much merit ...
