Comprehensive evaluation: You should aim at reuse by separating from a field.
It can be removed by placing a magic counter on it when resummoned, and it is possible to destroy multiple monsters by using Magical Citadel of Endymion to take over the magic counter.
It's easy to combine with 《Supervise》, which resummons you, and if you combine it with 《Crusader of Endymion》, you can use it without waste.
With its own effect, it can only put a magic counter on it once while it is on the field, so after using the effect, release it with something like Gemini Ablation to revive it.
He also has a high ATK in lower Dual.

Since it's a Dual, it needs the help of other cards, so it's a bit heavy for a lower grade, so even if you say it's a single removal of 1800-2100, it feels mediocre.

I think the charm of his Darklord is the removal effect without turn 1.
It's limited to monsters, but as long as it's on the counter, it can be removed any number of times in one turn.
The problem is that Dual and the use of magic counters don't mesh.
Dropping it in GY, reviving it with some kind of resurrection card, dualizing it, and then adding a magic counter with a magic boost is easy to use.
He uses magic counters more than Dual, so he seems to be a useful card in the deck.

In terms of [Dual], it seems to be slightly pushed back by Another Neos, huh? Compared to this card, which has a removal effect but lacks synergy outside of Dual, and Another Neos, whose effect is a bonus but all other stats can be said to be an advantage, the overall power is inferior.
However, when viewed as a simple [Normal Monster], this one is exceptional. If you line up with 《Princess Cologne》, the Normal Monster state will not bother you, and it will be easier to use removal effectively. As with all cards, putting the right person in the right place is probably the best way to bring out the power of this card.
