A vanilla monster that first appeared in the first season's starter box and is still one of the few water spell users.
His Spell-using water-user monsters such as 《Water Magician》and Undine in the 1st term have all gone to Aqua except for this card.
With a total attack and defense value of 3200, it is a level 4 monster, exceeding the level 4 limit of 2800 at the time by 400 points.
His DEF is also 2000, which is high enough for a low-level monster that can be Normal Summoned, and will be remade with even stronger DEF later.
However, low-level monsters with 2000 DEF, such as Holy Elves and "Spirit of the Harp" spirits, have appeared since season 1, and among them, ATK is 800 or 1200. I feel like it wouldn't make much of a difference.
Even with the non-standard degree, there was a monstrous monster called Giant Soldier of Stone with the same defense power of 2000, a total attack and defense value of 3300, and level 3 (the original upper limit was 2100)...

Compared to 《Mystical Elf》, his ATK is high and his support is reduced.
WATER Spellcaster also has a wall monster called Crowned by the World Chalice.
However, since it is level 4, it is possible to change from 《Rescue Rabbit》to 《Bahamut Shark》.
If you use 《Lemuria, the Forgotten City》, you can become 《Naturia Forest93 》or 《Norito the Moral Leader》.
