The Dragon Egger used by Pegasus in the original Kingdom arc is his Toonized monster, but I can't find any reason to use this card even compared to the early group members of the same period due to the existence of Archfiend and Blue-Eyed.
The card pool has expanded and some points of differentiation have emerged, but with the introduction of excellent new Toons that follow, it's all but meaningless.
It's the only low rarity in the early Toon Monster group, including the world, so the only good thing is that it's easy to get.
