Cyber Dragon is a versatile and easy-to-handle card, and there are many cards that can be treated as Sidera, so the chances of it becoming rotten, which is common in dedicated support, are quite low.
It's an easy-to-handle single-target removal, but it has the disadvantage of making Sydra unable to attack. It would be nice to have some kind of material, but there are many cases where Sidedra becomes an attacker, and there is also the existence of Ziga who is treated as Sidera in EX, so it feels like a painful disadvantage.
Furthermore, since it's not Cyber, search doesn't work, and in this day and age it's often not possible to catch up with normal spell removal.
Since Sydra is a basic brain muscle, I don't want to remove monsters that much, and there are easier removals to deal with.
It's not weak, but it's a card that honestly feels unnecessary in the current Sidra.

There's no reason why the no-cost 1:1 exchange is weak, but it's still the Normal Spell that catches me. If this was a quick-acting spell, it would have been very convenient as it could also be used to interfere with the opponent's turn.
