For some reason, it's a low-ranking 1900 RBI with a loose self-destruct disadvantage. From the time of its introduction, there was a Gemini Elf in the lower vanilla of the same ATK.
Even if you take advantage of the self-destruction disadvantage, it can't meet the self-destruction condition by itself, so it's not very good as a self-destruction combo card.
Only people with a strong conscience will be able to use it.

Somehow the illustrations are like girls' comics from a long time ago.
The illustration ad is expensive, but it's a very hard-to-use effect that dies just by being in the field other than LIGHT.
As long as you don't have a strong attachment to it, Thunder King Rai-Oh, which has the same race, attributes, level, and ATK, seems easier to use.
Even if you want to use the self-destruct effect, it might be easier to use "Playful Possum", which can self-destruct at will, although the race and attributes are different...
