It doesn't seem to make much sense to seal it if it can't be recovered by the next turn.
It seems to be meaningful if the resurrection is repeated and sealed permanently.
It is possible to combine it with Main Phase 1 Skip, but in that case we have 《Earthbound Immortal Chacu Challhua》.

Banning battle phase is not bad, but it might not make much sense in a faster environment. The weak point is that it is vulnerable to removal other than destruction.
