It's a key to air raid summoning, but it's an advanced level that doesn't have self-deployment, making it difficult for air raids to handle.

However, it may have been unavoidable due to the balance at the time, but instead of destroying it, you can negate the attack only once, but it is easy to be dealt with by removal.

Air Raid Deck would be a little better if this guy was level 4...
