Used by Yami Bora in the original Battle City edition, he is a Continuous Spell if it has the effect of deterring each other's attacks that appeared in the OCG in the second period.
One will be attacked, but no other monsters will be attacked, even if they are immune to her spells.
In terms of stable operation, it is superior to the synchronous "Messenger of Peace" and "Gravity Bind". Not a few.
With his Deck, which doesn't attack at all, it's usually a useful attack deterrent, but it's inferior to Messenger of Peace in that it can't be canceled by itself without using other card effects.
Note that you can only attack with one monster, and you cannot block multiple attacks from monsters that attack in succession or attack with a single monster.

Comprehensive evaluation: There is no maintenance cost, but 《Swords of Revealing Light》seems to be generally good.
You can limit the opponent's attack to only one, and if you use other attack-blocking cards such as Scrap-Iron Scarecrow together, Lock and Null will block all attacks.
However, I think an attack seal card that has many removal methods and doesn't limit yourself is fine.

There is no maintenance cost in particular, and it is an effect that may feel a little annoying now that mass deployment is emphasized. It works well with Anti-Hope Sin, who can attack only one enemy with high ATK, and with continuous attacks, combat resistance once a turn, and scrap iron.
The effect itself is not weak, but apart from the ease of removal, there are many other lock cards that are useful. I feel half-hearted. Depending on the opponent, there may be things that do not have much effect.
I think it's a card with a habit that makes it difficult to demonstrate its true value on its own.
