Overall evaluation: There are many ways to use excluded Psychic, and it is convenient.
You can move the banished Psychic back to her GY with Psychic Feel Zone, or add it to your hand with Psychic Path, creating more value than just drawing two cards.
Special Summoning Kashtira, which was removed with 《Kashtira Preparations》, is also a manual arrow.
Regarding the LP difference, it's not too difficult, and it's not enough to worry about.

Like 《Psychic Overload》, you can draw 2 cards, but this requires his LP difference and GY removal. That said, the LP difference requirement is easy to meet thanks to the cost of his Psychic monsters, and it would be an advantage if there was a card that could take advantage of the GY exclusion.

One of the Psychic Droso.
In exchange for the small number of GYs required, he had the condition that he had a difference in LP in addition to GY.
That said, pre-synchronized psychics often meet the conditions thanks to things like 《Krebons》.
To put it the other way around, at the end of the game, after recovering with Synchro Monster, it completely turns into scraps of paper.
