Changing the battle position and using different effects due to it is certainly a feature of Morphtronic, but the reality is that it's just a feature and it's rarely used in practice.
If it's a type of build that does continuous sync, his Morphtronic won't be left in the opponent's turn in the first place, and combined with the delay due to the attack reaction, it won't be used.
