Comprehensive evaluation: 《That Six》is better to control the outcome.
Unlike 《Second Coin Toss》, it's a normal trap, so it's inefficient and doesn't always give the desired result.
In that case, 《That Six》, which manipulates the result by consuming the same card, would be easier to use.
