Before Kojinki and her Vylon appeared, Fairy and Machine seemed to have a fairly high affinity with each other when they appeared in the anime before appearing in OCG.
Its effect is to revive a Fairy with a level corresponding to the result of rolling a dice with a battle destruction trigger.
At the time, it didn't seem like a bad card, including a decent ATK, but its effect was a prank and troublesome to deal with the effect processing of Lord Poison, which allows the corresponding race to do exactly the same thing with Plant without rolling dice. Then, when you roll a 6, it's just a card that makes you look skillful and tricky with just a bonus effect that you can roll a level 7 or higher.
Fairy has almost no monster effect using dice, which is also a tough place.
