When this card came out, it was the only card that could raise the RBI of all monsters with only your own monster, regardless of the type of monster.
In that sense, it's a valuable card, but I feel like it wasn't used much because the increase value is too low and it doesn't work at all on the return turn.
Now, even the pain seems to be a card that is unsatisfactory.

In an environment like the Lynx Dimension, where a slight difference in his ATK is the difference between victory and defeat, being able to give that slight enhancement to the whole has a very important meaning. However, it can't beat Equip Spell's one-point specialization, and it's tough because it only strengthens your turn in the first place.
Regardless of the current environment, it seems to be useful in a unique pool.

I tried putting it in the Blue-Eyed Deck, but it was unexpected! Good move.
Blue-Eyed's RBI of 3000 will soon be exceeded, but as soon as it reaches 3200, it will almost never break through. Thinking that all Blue-Eyed are pseudo "star dragons" might convey their strength. "It doesn't work for Xyz, but I think Burden of the Mighty works better in most cases."
