Comprehensive evaluation: Since it is limited to Attack Position, it is difficult to use unless it is supported.
You can set a drawlock, but you need to destroy the monster in Attack Position, not in Defense Position.
Even if you use 《Moon Mirror Shield》etc. to assist in battle, if your opponent is outnumbered and puts up a wall, you can't draw lock and you can't corner them.
Destroying a monster in the Extra Deck by battle does not trigger a drawlock.
Even if I follow up with 《Final Attack Orders》etc., the consumption is too high, so I wonder if advanced is good.

This card isn't bad. The risers are too strong. Drawlock is powerful, but useless against EX Deck monsters and his Pendulum. Monsters that can be knocked down with 1700 RBI are often used as materials, so he needs enhancements such as Equip Spell if he wants to use the effect. Level 4 WIND Winged Beasts can be used as material for 《Lightning Chidori》and so on, so there is still room for action.
