Comprehensive evaluation: Resurrection or 《Monster Reincarnation》is enough.
If you use something like "Monster Slots" to Special Summon from the top of the Deck, it's worth returning, but even if you do that, resurrection is better.
Even if you add it to your hand, I think it would be better to go in the direction of fertilizing her GY with Monster Reincarnation if you want to kill the draw.

Strong resistance for normal use
You lose one card in the draw, so you can't differentiate between having a hand cost or not.
Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, you can finally differentiate it from the Shisha Tenshiei by going face down and parrying the opponent's turn removal/functioning as a bluff.
Should I give up if I'm ignored even if I lie down? It's too late to wait for further removal.

First one draw, then one set, then one reverse.
