A monster that will become a mad scientist in the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG world!
He has also appeared in a fair number of his Spell/Trap card illustrations, and he has a presence that sets him apart from Normal Monsters.
I completely agree with Mr. Bluebird's impression that "it seems to appear in Crayon Shin-chan"!
I don't think it's a good idea to just keep it to 《Giant Kozaky》, so I'd be happy if you could release another name-designated card.

Mokey Mokey's synchronous is Normal Monster, and he is a mad scientist of Yu-Gi-Oh OCG who often appears in the illustration of Spell Trap.
He seems to be researching the demon world language, but looking at the appearance of each illustration, it doesn't look like a linguist, and it even feels like a misconfiguration of the flavor because he didn't want to expand it later.
This was later explained in the master guide, and it is said that he turned to a scientist after his banish at the Linguistics Society, and I still want to emulate this lightness of footwork.
At present, other than being able to maintain G Kozakkie, it's just a low-level Normal Monster, and rather than letting that G Kozakkie fight properly, it's a monster that can be Normal Summoned with ATK 2500, and uses the burn effect when destroyed. Since most of them are operated in such a way that their existence is extremely low.
Let's look forward to the day when it will be included in TP like Mokey Mokey and the re-strengthening flag will be raised.

Comprehensive evaluation: If you use 《Giant Kozaky》, you may be able to consider it.
Except for low defense support, D.D. Trainer is easier to use because it becomes a wall.
It is possible to maintain 《Giant Kozaky》, but it is usually better to use 《Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss》, so if you consider Normal Monster support, that is enough.

A card with a scientist whose effect is screwing up the head of a research fellow of the same level and attribute. But this is poor vanilla.
It's the highest RBI among vanillas of the same level and race, but it's not a very proud figure, and there are D.D. Trainer that can function as a wall.
《Giant Kozaky》exists as a value for using this card, but it is difficult to use as an attacker, and even if it can be maintained now, it feels insufficient, so it is not worth using.
I think it's a fan-friendly card because it's often used in OCG stories.
